1. DESCRIPTION

M.S. Fabricated Dryer Cylinder is designed for efficient and uniform drying of paper through steam heating. The cylinder is manufactured from high-quality mild steel plates and is suitable for continuous operation in paper manufacturing plants.

The dryer cylinder is fabricated from high-quality M.S. plates with a robust construction to withstand the required operating pressure and temperature.

The cylinder shell, end plates and journals are designed to provide the necessary strength and rigidity. All critical surfaces are properly machined to ensure dimensional accuracy and smooth operation.

4. PRESSURE TESTING

The fabricated dryer cylinder is subjected to a hydrostatic pressure test at 1015 kg/cm, as specified, to check its structural integrity and pressure tightness.
